Application maintenance and support


All enterprises in our ever changing world have to meet more and more requirements so we are also at our clients' service after the implementation and handover of our software. Our colleagues follow the use of our software, they make new versions and, if needed, improve solutions. Naturally, we guarantee correction for a number of years and we will always be where our clients need us. Moreover, we overtake the following tasks in case of 5x8- and 7x24- hour operation as well:

  • Operation support of IT systems

  • "Level 1", "Level 2" and "Level 3" system support

We have experience and references in both client-oriented and product-oriented support models.
