Commercial Project Manager

Siemens Digital Factory Process Industries and Drives Division is currently looking to hire

What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related matters, executes the project according to the defined Project Management standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines.

  • Supports the Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments).

  • Manage the project throughout the projects Life Cycle, examines commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability, review and evaluation of the contract terms.

  • Manage Project financing, ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP. Ensures compliance IFRS and local GAAP requirements.

  • Manage the risk, contract and claims, conducts contracts/claim/change order negotiations regarding commercial aspects.

  • Manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations, supports Procurement and Logistics.


  • University degree, subject area - Economics, Business administration, Finance;

  • Work experience at a similar position 5 years at least. Previous experience in in managing of business administration part of the projects would be considered as an advantage;

  • Experience with SAP or with any other ERP systems will be considered as an advantage;

  • Very good computer literacy – MS Office/Excel

  • Proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian
